Player registration is now done at this site. If you have not yet created an account at this site, please do so. If you've previously registered at eayso.org, your records will be automatically linked to the account you create here so long as you spell everything exactly as before. Important: Starting with the 2015/2016 season, at least one parent/guardian per family is required to volunteer. By registering your child and signing the required volunteer commitment form, you acknowledge your responsibility to help this all volunteer organization.

Required paperwork (your registration is NOT complete until we receive the following):

1. Completed and signed Kids Zone pledge (one per family) (English or Español)
2. Completed and signed Concussion Awareness form (one per player) (English orEspañol)
   1. Please include the AYSO Id of the player on this form
3. Completed Volunteer Commitment form (one per family)
   
4. Photocopy of birth certificates (NEW players only)
