AYSO Region 669 Refund Policy:

Prior to uniforms being ordered, a full refund* of the Registration Fee will be issued when requested. After uniforms are ordered, but prior to the first game, a 50% refund* of the Registration Fee will be issued when requested, so long as the player has not attended any practices. After the player has attended a practice or a game (whichever is attended first), no refund shall be issued. Scholarship/Playership recipients are not eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued because of "Acts of God"/ weather related game or practice cancellations. All requests must be accompanied by the completed Refund Request form, which can be requested from the Regional Commissioner.

*AYSO Membership fee and service fee are not refundable.



Region 669 reserves the right to change this policy at any time and to deny or approve a refund for any reason. We strive for consistency and fairness and will evaluate every request objectively. However, there may be circumstances that Region 669 did not foresee when forming this refund policy that may require us to deny or approve a particular refund request or to change the refund policy.
